Changed your mind or unsatisfied with your
purchase
At Zulu Zen we want you to be happy with your purchase and enjoy your experience shopping with us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please notify Zulu Zen within 7 days at our email address tracywilton@zuluzen.com.au to arrange an exchange or refund. Zulu Zen accepts returned purchases for exchange or refund with the following conditions:
• The purchase is returned to Zulu Zen within 14 days of initial notification by email to return purchase.
• Included in the package is the original sales receipt.
• The purchase is returned undamaged (including gift-box packaging), unopened and unused.
• Zulu Zen is not accountable for postage or delivery of returned purchases.

Your purchase is damaged in transit
Upon receiving your delivery from Zulu Zen please check the packaging and contents have arrived undamaged before signing the delivery note. If your purchase is damaged please notify Zulu Zen immediately (no later than 7 days) at our email address tracywilton@zuluzen.com.au to arrange for an exchange or refund. Please adhere to the following:
• Zulu Zen will refund you by original way of payment for an exchange or replacement of your purchase.
• All returns and exchanges must be accompanied with our original sales receipt.
• All returned purchases must be returned in original or similar packaging to avoid further breakages.
•
Refunds will be processed by Zulu Zen upon receiving the returned purchase.
• Zulu Zen will confirm the returned delivery address upon receiving your request for an exchange or refund. |
