Zulu Zen is a boutique online store whereby we pride ourselves in not purchasing in large quantities but rather providing individually handcrafted and unique products for you and the home. If the item you requested is out of stock or unavailable please contact Zulu Zen at tracywilton@zuluzen.com.au for details on availability of the desired item.
Products and pricing
All products are in AU$ (Australia Dollars) and include registered postage and insurance. For extra large deliveries a further amount may be charged to cover freight charges. You will be notified by Zulu Zen via email once your order has been received.
Zulu Zen purchases directly from South Africa and where possible we trade directly with the artisans themselves. We believe in trading fairly and believe in pricing fairly too. Our aim is to support our artisans in their work as well as supply interesting and unique products to you the customer.
Zulu Zen reserves the right to make the following changes without notice:
• To withdraw product/s from the Zulu Zen online store website.
• Update and add new products.
• Update pricing and charges.
Zulu Zen’s range of homewares, jewellery and decor are individually handcrafted and slight variations may occur. Although we have taken care to provide clear and accurate images on our online store slight variations to colour and dimensions may also occur.

Zulu Zen’s online store uses the PayPal gateway to facilitate all online credit card purchases and payments.

Care and safety
Zulu Zen’s products are handcrafted from a variation of materials and care safety need to be taken into consideration. The following informs you how you can best care for your handcrafted products and adhere to safety guidelines:
Jewellery and Homewares:
• Our beaded jewellery requires care due to the intricate beadwork and we suggest Zulu Zen’s jewellery is stored in the jewellery bag provided. The delicately beaded jewellery necklaces require care when fastening as the jewellery is made entirely from beads.
• Our range of beaded tableware products require care when washing and storing.

Wire Art and Metal Sculptures:
• Zulu Zen’s range of home decor is designed as decor and must not be given to a child as a toy. Children’s wire art decor must be placed out of reach of small children and preferably secured safely where the product can be enjoyed as decor only.
• Zulu Zen’s bead and wire art is handcrafted from galvanized wire, glass beads and marbles. Marbles can be a choking hazard and must be kept out of reach of small children. Sharp edges may occur on the bead and wire art and care must be taken when handling the wire art products.
• Zulu Zen’s garden sculptures are handcrafted from metal and may have sharp or rough edges and therefore must be kept out of reach of small children.
Privacy and security
Zulu Zen believes in providing the utmost privacy of your details and can firmly guarantee that no details or information provided to Zulu Zen will be forwarded to a third party other than your postal details supplied to Australia Post or other freight forwarder for delivery of your purchase.
